    Surly Surprise

From what I have gathered Interbike has begun. What is Surly's big surprise? I know they have re-released the Karate Monkey, and I saw the "Dingle" 2-speed cog in the most recent DirtRag, but what is the big surprise??????????????????????

What would be cool, and really apropriate in order to get non-bikegeeks on this, would be to offer a complete bike with the free-loaders for $2k. Preferably WITH a Stoke Monkey too. Otherwise: bike $500, Freeloaders $200, Stoke Monkey $1000, Build kit $600... And xtracycle already offers complete kits for under $1000...

I read somewhere that that rig can fit on a buss bike rack. How can that BE?!?!?

There's two bb lengths - one is the regular, one for Pugs. Spider is removeable.

    What I haven't heard is if it's a 110 or 94 BCD

Here's a bit more of what's new and cool for '07.

I havn't had the time to take care of pics, etc, but figure most of us here can check out SurlyVille easily enough to be up to speed on all the changes happening. The new colors, frame, cranks, complete bikes, dingle cogs, and reavailability of the singlespeed spacer kits are all items that just icing on the cake.

So, with that in mind, who's gonna beat me outta the gate and start posting pictures and articles on the new toys?*

    Peace!

    Obi..

*Note: Don't go "borrowing" site pics from elsewhere, that might spoil it. (FYI: I'm gonna try out the Whirly's, but havn't decided on 4 or 5 bolt yet. Let me know anything else.)
