Marin brake mount.

Hi all.
After a few year not biking I decided to get back into it.
I have been given a Marin quake duel slalom 9.0 by one of my friends,
I decided to up grade a few things on it including the brakes, I want to change to disk brakes, and here is the problem. The rear mounts are not international standard, or post mounts, they are a different type. And I can't find the disk mount on sale anywhere, from what I can find out no one sells them any more. I've emailed Marin to no avail. I just wondered if anyone knew anything about these.
The mount would have 38 mm between bolt holes and got to either international standard or 54 mm connection.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I think it's the same brake mount I have used on my old Intense M1 rear.

If it turns out you can't buy one anywhere, I could make a drawing for you, and you could make one yourself. It's not like it's rocket science to make one, just takes some time to do it.

Magura :)
