    XG999 Cassette

What are the chances that an 11-34 or 12-36 9 speed version will come out? The 11-32 looks great and I love my Gripshift...

Chances? It all depends if they wont to phase out 9spd.....

    I'm really lookin' forward to XG-999 X-Dome 9spd Cassette..I can live with the 11x32t
"BUT" an 11x34t would help keep me in the saddle more..

I'm runnin' 2x9 with XO grippers with an XO med cage rear dérailleur and an XX in front and
the shifting is spot on..No chain rub and full run of all 18 gears...................(10spd chain)

However I wontgo to 10spd without a SRAM made gripper

ok, so ultralight cogsets made of steel now, how long until integrated cogset/freehub outershell?

you know, sram's 9.0sl hubs weren't bad, just suffered from being a tad overwieght compared to xt, and being seriously underrepresented in the OEM and aftermarket.
If steel is real then aluminium is supercallafragiliniun!

I'd rather see an 11 or 12-36. 11-34 is not enough of a difference to be worth it it seems to me. G

You can't depend on honest answers from dependant hands...
