I read elsewhere that Shimano i going 10 speed with SLX and XT as well.
Seems we're all gonna be 2*10 by the end of the year

In looks I like the X9 crankset over the X0

It says something about an XO 3X10 set. Would that mean 20-30-45 crankset???

I agree. I'm dissapointed that SRAM is giving up on Gripshift. It's like Porsche stopping production of the 911.

I also wondering if they're bringing X-Glide to the 3X9 world with their new crankset because I'm probably staying a 9 speeder if that's the only way I can ride Gripshift. The XG-999 cassette gives me the powerdome and hopefully they'll get around to making a 11/36 version.

Same here. Was about to drop some money on X.0 shifters and a new cassette, but might wait if the 2011 components will be available soon.
