    Reverb complete service problems

Post in question is a regulart 380/ 125 mm Reverb a2.

I've followed every step of SRAM's detailed instruction videos on YouTube on how to do a complete Reverb service. I've used the correct tools and oil, but I'm still not getting it right.

When I add air pressure to the post it starts to compress all by it self. I've tride to rebuild and bleed to post two times, but I get the same result both times.

What am I doing wrong and how should I fix it?

Any other ideas on how I might get this correct?

Mine did this too. It started working correctly once the remote was bled.
