Remove new chain at powerlink or another link?

Hi, is it best to remove a new Eagle chain at the Powerlink or another link? I'm not going to try and reuse Powerlink but wondering if it's best to remove at the Powerlink and reconnect with a new Powerlink.

    Thanks

Removal at powerlink is best. I don't have Eagle, but I've reused 11-speed powerlinks with no issues for years.

Same here...just clean it up and inspect to confirm it's in good shape before re-using.

I have removed at powerlink with long nose pliers on both sram 11 and 12 speed over the years just to clean my chain with no issues
