    Reba Race Pushloc "sticky"

Hopefully someone can help me with this. I have an 09 Reba Race with pushloc. I just got it this year and have put about 300 miles on it. The pushloc was working fine, but now it is "sticking" in the locked out position.

    So far I have:
    Changed the cable and housing
Removed the Motion Control damper and verified the spring is in its proper position
    Verified the pushloc lever works
Disassembled and reassembled the fork lock out mechanism
    Reviewed the service manual
Reviewed the Rock Shox pushloc installation video

With no cable attached the lock out will return to the open position almost 100% of the time, but if it gets cocked, the spring cannot overcome the friction to return to the open position.

It appears that when the cable is attached it is cocking the lockout mechanism. When it is stuck I can push the forward part of the mechanism down, and it will return to its normal position.

Any ideas how to alleviate this problem?

You will need to visit your LBS and have them call Rock Shox (Sram) and get them to send out a new lockout damper (parts have a 2 year warranty) and replace it.
