Only 3 rides on a Reverb C1 and now has approx 15 to 20mm of squish

Bought a 2020 Santa Cruz Hightower with a Reverb C1 and its already failed after 3 rides. Vent valve procedure does not help and no air is purged. Tried the flipping the bike upside down and actuating the post. Still no help. Looks like I will be sending it back for warranty. Any others have advice on this? I don't recall grabbing or pulling on the post while it was compressed. Looks like a Fox Transfer will be in my future...

    Warranty and move on.

Exactly, warranty, then sell it ASAP.

I picked up the "brand X", house brand from CRC, it's been great, zero maintenance and zero problems. And it's cheap.

Probably just needs to be bled. I've been told to not lift the bike by the seat since pulling on the seat post that way can cause air entrainment in the dropper post.
