convert x9 (2x10) to 1x11 (crankset and rear hub)

    Hi

I want to convert my x9 (truvati) (2x10) to 1x11, I ear that I don't have to change the crankset just change the chain ring (Is this ok?) , I also have to change my rear hub witch are your recommendations ? x01 is too expensive and Dt Swiss 350 also .

    Thanks for all

BTW my bike is a Cannondale F29 Carbon 3

you don't have to switch. what you can do is chainring in the front and run the xt 11-40/42 cassette with a sram gx/x1/xo1/xx1. I run a x9 crank with a wolf tooth chain ring and x1 shifter with x1 rearderaileur and waiting for my xt 11-42 cassette. without to change you free hub.
