    Contacting SRAM/Avid regarding small parts

    Any ideas? They don't respond to emails through their site at [email protected]

    They have a dealer phone number, and request you to go through a dealer for that kind of stuff. There is however a Worldwide Headquarters phone number on their website as well. You could try that one.

    Thanks, I dig the numbers up, although I found the part in Europe but it's costly. For the curious, I'm looking for the the spring tension piece and screw for Avid Utimate/Black Ops V brakes. SRAM has an exploded view and a part number on their site.
