    Cool,
I did something similar and My build is here. I have more weight in tires and brake rotors, but with a medium frame came to about the same weight.

One issue I did see. The seat post is 30.9 in the 2018+ Epic not 27.2 so you will need to get right one to fit.

    JoePAz,

Your thread inspired me to get the same bike and mod it. I never imagined the comp carbon frame would be 100-150 grams than the S-Works.

Yes, the frame needs a 30.9mm seatpost. I already ordered a shim from 27.2 to 30.9. Couldnít leave the tune seatpost in the pArts bin.

Iíve been riding full suspension bikes since 2008. had the Rocky Mountain Element, Giant Antem, Niner Jet 9, Trek Top Fuel. The Epic is a rocket!! Going up and down too! Itís so fun, with the slacker head angle feels super stable like a trail bike.

Canít wait for tomorrowís ride. Doing 25 miles with around 3,000ft of elevation.

Pd. Pic is from todayís ride. Up to the rockhouse again. I just can say. Woooow! Fun bike for sure

Another pic on top of rockhouse. Had to cut the ride short because of rain.
