Dropout (Horst) Pivot bolt keeps loosening on a Epic Comp '12

I bought a used Epic Comp '12 frame from my LBS, and the dropout pivot bolt (referring to page 5 here) keeps loosening out, resulting in creeks coming from the frame, mostly when riding uphill.

Is this a known issue / has anyone else experienced this problem?

The bike is now at the shop being serviced. The manager said they will apply Loctite to hold the bolt in place - is this an acceptable solution or does this mean there may be something faulty in the frame?

I have a 3-month warranty on the frame, so i need to act fast and follow thru this issue.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Yeah Loctite should fix you up with that.
