    Cheapest Specialized Full Suss??

    Hi Guys,

Just wondering what is the cheapest Specialized full suspension bike you can buy? (latest model) I have seen the camber advertised in magazines for 999 but all bike shops seem to be asking 1500? Whats going on?

    Cheers,

    Matt

Could just be a different trim level, could also be a grey market deal.

On the specialized concept store website, cheapest is 1500 but evans have a Specialized Camber FSR Elite 2011 Mountain Bike for 1400. That is their cheapest unless you want a women's specific.

    Hi Guys,

Thanks! I am not going to change for a while yet I just was a little confused about the price differences! I will have to get the older model as I only have 1000 to spend! Including the 350-400 I am hoping to get for my 2012 Rockhopper?

Does anybody know when the 2013 bikes are coming out?

I don't think there is a specific date on which they roll out all of the models. I know that this year, I was looking for an Enduro. The shops I went to had an eta for the '12 Enduros, which was mid-January, I think, and different dates still for the Evo line. They already had the '12 Stumpys in, as I recall.

Maybe a 2011 Stumpjumper FSR Comp, there were plenty left in the warehouse last time I looked, your dealer should give you a good price on one, since the 2012 were redesigned there were alot of left over 2011 Stumpjumpers, they will have to order one for you, but it may be the lowest price on a new FS in the lineup.. good luck.

I checked the prices today on the 2011, 26 in Stumpjumper FSR Comp, in the US that bike would go for $1875.00 thats 25% off MSRP, depending on dealer, its possible to work a better deal. There are plenty of them left in the Specialized warehouses. I'm not sure what L1000 price range is??? my keyboard can't even make that L sign LOL!!! Thats a great bike at a unbeatable price point. Good Luck, and Happy Trails

Don't even think about buying another bike until you get your Rockhopper sorted. A Camber is a step up in features and complexity.
