    NWA Bike Paths?

Not exactly the best spot for this question but am hopeful someone knows the answer.

i have researched the MTB trails here plenty but what about bike paths/greenways/rail to trails etc. Basically Iím looking for a decent length ride through the hills that isnít on a road. Does this exist? If so. Where or where should I look?

    Thanks

I'm not sure what part of the country you are looking for, but in the northern part of Georgia (just outside Atlanta) to the border of Alabama there is the Silver Comet Trail, which is a rails to trails pathway. Silver Comet Trail Georgia - Welcome

    From the website:
The Silver Comet Trail is 61.5 miles long, and starts at the Mavell Road Trailhead in Smyrna, Georgia. It ends at the Georgia/Alabama state line, near Cedartown and The Esom Hill Trailhead.

At the Georgia/Alabama state line, the Silver Comet connects to the 33-mile long Chief Ladiga Trail. Both the Silver Comet Trail and Chief Ladiga are fully paved rail-trails built on abandoned railroad lines. The combined Silver Comet and Chief Ladiga trail length is estimated to be 94.5 paved miles from Smyrna, Georgia to Anniston, Alabama.

You can go all the way from Blowing Springs in Bella Vista to downtown, maybe south, Fayetteville on the greenway.

Thanks. Is it scenic or hilly at all?

Sorry, I've never ridden it. I would think it would have to be hilly. Maybe try to find some Square to Square footage?

It's a pretty "urban" trail and not particularly hilly (people ride it on cruisers and such during the square to square ride). There are definitely somewhat scenic part of it, but it basically connects all the different cities in the NWA area.

If you're up for gravel, then here's a listing of a lot of gravel routes in the area:
