    North GA Mountains

How rideable are Bull/Jake, Stanley Gap, Pinhoti and the other N Ga mountain trail systems in the winter? Would probably be riding solo.

GA winter is 1 month long. The rest is rain, rain, rain and more rain. But if you can get out during a sunny day, trails are ride-able

Very similar to Western NC and Upstate SC. Maybe snow once during the season. Recently, however it's been extremely wet in the winters. Just avoid trails if it's wet, then below freezing the following few days.
