Thatís not going to be super close to the trails. It is, however, close to a lake which will be nice for heat of day if youíre coming in summer.

Other people will likely chime in here, but both Bentonville and Bella Vista are going to have AirBNB rentals actually ON the trails. Of course, youíll probably still end up driving to some trail systems to save time, but you can actually ride greenway to most of them if you get a house on the trail system.

Prairie Creek is close to Hobbs and the new trails there are going to open next month, and are VERY much worth riding. Not to mention Prairie Creek is going to be more peaceful than being in town

Yeah, Prairie Creek is considered East Rogers, and it's probably midway between Hobbs and the Bella Vista trails like the Back 40. It cheats you towards the Hobbs side of Oz Trails, and also puts you closer to Eureka Springs where you can hit the downhills and the Passion Play trails. Most people would think of staying in Bentonville/Bella Vista first, but nothing wrong with Prairie Creek. I'm gonna guess it would be 15 minutes to Hobbs, and 20 minutes to Back 40/Coler.
