    You gotta love Santa Cruz

Today I went off looking for a steel quill stem for my fixie. I went to a LBS nearby that sells used parts. I checked the stems hanging on the wall (I know this bike shop very well) and not only did they have a nice selection of steel stems, they had three made by Rocklobster to choose from; this is the one I choose; you gotta love it..

agreed. it is cool that used bike parts get recycled (and sold....win-win) like this instead of going in landfills.

while visiting seattle, i picked up some used parts out of bins at a LBS near the UW campus to work on my daughter's 197's fuji road bike.

Ask and you shall receive; unknown custom frame, Campy C Record hubs, Cooks track crank, Miche seatpost and of course Rocklobster stem
