XTR M-965 conversion to solid axle?

I know this comes up a lot about which hubs can be convertes and which can't. I jsut couldn't find any specifics on the M-965. I would like to convert it to use for singlespeed on my Pugsley and would like to know exactly what I need. Is it even possible? I would assume that Wheels Manuf. makes the axle and any additional parts, but does anyone know exactly which parts I would need? I live in a pretty remote area so my LBS doesn't really deal with this sort of thing. Thanks for the input!

i've done it to an ultegra road hub.

i think it just uses a common solid axle you'll find at any lbs; at least mine mine did.

It will work- no problems. I have been running a hub like that for 4 years.

I've done that with my XTR M-950, just needed a 10x1 threaded solid axle. As long as you get the right threading and diameter, the current cones and hardware should fit fine.
