    While a...um... creative sollution to job searching, I wouldn't hire him. Limited expereince, not enough detail in the resume. Hell, I've got three times his experience in the bike industry and got paid no where near that amount. Besides, I can't see a local shop paying quite that much for one employee(especailly a one store location type thing).
