I've recently had several nipples (brass) fail recently on the non-drive side of my rear wheel. It's a CK ISO disc hub built 3X (pro quality build), WTB Laser Discs, 2.0 spokes. I'm running 180mm rotors, Magura hydro brakes, and I tend to use every bit of them. The wheel is coming up on its fourth birthday and has been ridden regularly, no big drops. I'm bigger than the other kids my age.

I'm getting ready to build another set for a geared project-I'd lprefer to have two identical pairs, but if a dedicated SS hub would build a stronger wheel that's the way I'll go. Any thoughts?
