This will be my 3rd year also. I ran 36x17 last year and it seemed to work out pretty good in the snow. I may drop a tooth in the back depending on the conditions.

I'll be there. Will most likely run 34x16 if there is any weather or 34x15 if it's nice and dry. Is there a prize for last place? I'm in no shape for a "race". Should be lots of fun though.

I'll be there, and a lot of intimidation will be my approach to winning. Actually, I'll be doing the Slush Cup again with my daughter on our mountain tandem. Last year, she was only 3 yrs. old and did a GREAT job in the Slush Cup (through a couple inches of snow most of the way).

    Big race...no.

    One speed...no.

Still a great time with my daugher...absolutely.

Here are a couple pics of us from last year. If you see us, say hi.

    I'm thinking 34/15 or 34/16!

This will be my fourth Iceman, the first on a single speed.

I will run either a 44x17 or 44x18, depending on the outcome of some dirt road testing this weekend.

I also ran 34:16 when I did the Iceman on my Surly 1x1. It was a good gear for me, but that's just me. Some of the guys (monsters?) out there are running CRAZY big gears that would have blown out my knees...and probably the rest of me too.
