who makes bent (by factory) top tube frame?

I've seen it recently in several photos. It looks like a Cannondal Scapel (but a HT) or maybe a Haro. The top tube is bent for standover clearance.

I'm going to try to attach a pix, but it may not go:

    [edit]
nope, wouldn't go. there are 2 blue ones in a series of SS pix at a get together. one of a guy riding a rocky path wearing khaki button up shirt (unbuttoned) and blue lei with #2 on it.

    Thanks,

there is a woman with a soulcraft bike built thus here is wisconsin. beautiful purple. the bike is like a 12" or something, and the tt curves up to meet the headtube. word is the tt is an old tube of vivachrome from the time trial funny bike days. it is not new-school oversized, but of smaller outside diameter. that is sweet little bike, let me tell you.

i think it can be found on the soulcraft site, dunno.
