Wheel Recs for 1st time SS 29er

Just about to start a build using a Vassago Jabberwocky, so it has the horizontal dropouts that apparently work with good QRs (not so sure if I can 100% buy into that though).

Anyway here are some wheel thoughts:
    - White Ind hubs and Salsa Dalgados
    - White Ind hubs and Mavic CMs
    - WTB's full SS 29er wheelset (forget the name)
    - Surly hubs and Salsa Dalgados
    - Chris Kings and some rim

Any yes or no about the above ideas? Or any recommendations?
Basically I just need some good economical wheels for a first time build, that will last, be easy to maintain, and work well on trails in the upper Midwest. Thanks for the help!

I would consider something other than Dalgados disk only if you are ever thinking about going tubeless. I made this mistake....I would look into Stan's Arch with hope hubs.

I would get the Hope Pro II single speed/trials hub with either Stan Flows, one of the Mavic rims or DT Swiss TK 7.1 rims.

    Hope or Hadley

Stans Arch to Hope Pro II, or Stans Arch to Hadley if you wan to spend big $$ but less than King. My Hadleys are awesome. I have a single-fied 9sp and Single.

I just checked with the LBS - they can't get the Hopes in a SS hub, but I could do a normal hub with spacers, etc. He can for sure get Paul Components hubs and should be able to get White Industries. Any yays or nays on those?

I have been beating the crap out of a set of Surly hubs on Delgados with an ENO fw for a couple of years now. They ain't fancy, but for the $$, a very durable setup.
