And What a Freebee she is (Warning: Roadie Content)

Friend GAVE me this frame when my Bianchi tried to escape my roofrack at 45mph

Can't decide on the bartape (no - I'm not shellacing anything). Friend sold me a bottle cage that is RED. So, thinking on going red to match. Maybe?

A friend swapped my MTB pedals with some roadie pedals.

Wanna go Pursuit bars, but not sure how far out front that will put me. (maybe need a shorter stem)

Whatever you do, don't paint it. That's awesome.

Enjoy the ride my friend. I was disappointed when I didn't get her built up but I am glad that she found a home.

First thing he said when I gave him the frame was that he was going to sand it and repaint it. I urged him not to, and I think shinerider will enjoy it more as is.

Max - why do you think I posted http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=218140 a while back?

Alan - Nope, the color is growing on me Not quite as "clean" as an ideal SS roadie, but certainly full of character. Still toying with bars and positioning.

I'd stick with black tape. I don't think you need more color.

So what kind of frame is it anyway?

Old Schwinn. Not sure of the vintage.

She is getting a RED bottlecage, so more color is on the way.
