    vultures and unis in Fruita

Derrick,Eugene and Sarah from Bend stopped in OTE in Fruita today.
I got to see a Vulture up close for the first time, nice real nice.
Eugene left a few Dirt Uni's for us to play around on,mosty a lot of carnage ensued but they seem easy enough to learn. How he rode with one foot is beyond me though.
Some other folks came in the shop later and said they seen some guys on beach cruisers riding the Edge loop(a big ride)my guess is it was them.
Anyway it's always fun meeting cool people from places I hope to visit.

Hey, that dude is goin' for the bike!

In that second pic the guy looks like he's making a fast play for the Vulture!

obviously the resident Peach frames aren't tempting enough for Chet Peach himself.

The paint is by Derrick, Wade's new partner in Vulture. He is the on the uni in the 2nd pic.

That fade is one of his mild paint jobs. He did a multi-color flame/fade on a tandem that is one of the best things I have seen on a bike.

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common

Nice. Wish I was there right now! Looks like the new coffee bar is coming along nicely too.

Pretty much. We where over there a couple of weeks ago and they had just finished the paint booth and most of the machinery was in place.
