New question here. Varying chain tension.

Can someone tell me why my chain tension seems to change as I rotate the cranks? I put a new chain on today and a new 20t ACS Claws freewheel and noticed it happening immediately after I made these changes. I'm not sure if I had this problem prior to these swaps. I can't see anything bent but I haven't checked thoroughly yet. Any ideas as to where I should look first?

Thanks, bob! Big help. I should have searched first.
