    Titus Riddler...

Does anyone who owns or has ridden a Titus Riddler care to share their opinion? They look pretty nice and I like the way you can switch the dropouts from geared to SS.

get one. you will not regret it. best aluminum bike for 700 bucks. here's the best part- I personally think it rides like a Ti hardtail. the removable dropouts are also a cool feature- but they went up in price, direct from titus (damn!)

lets see if I can find a pic of mine- definitely need a current one. damn- sorry- no dice on the pic- anyhoo, mine is a large in the grey color- I liked the stealth grey as well as the long top tube of the large size.
    build:
king hubs plus 20 tooth king kog (steel), mavic disc specific rims (5 somethings?)
    some Marizzochi fork
    king HS
older XTR BB and cranks plus jericho 34t ring.
    titec ti bar
    thomson stem and post
on-one inbred saddle (comfy! from previous SS)
    odi lock-ons
    avid mechs.
    pauls love levers
    sram PC-7X pimp-chain
    time pedals

not the lightest on the planet, but it sure is damn sweet- over the year ive owned it, I slowly built it into the SS ive always wanted. PM or email me if you have more questions- Ill take some new pics of it this evening-

Thanks. Looking forward to those pics. Do you know how much the dropouts are? I couldn't find a price on the Titus site. I figure if I buy one I'll get both sets of drops.

when I bought the frame, extra dropouts were 60 bucks or so. apparently they are now 100 bucks for the same chunks of aluminum. maybe you can get a deal by buying both the frame and the drops at the same time.

    Yeah, what's up with that?

Seems like every forum I frequent switched over to new V-Bulletin software the same week, and now *nothing* (picture-wise) shows up on Mac IE5. Safari works, but I only have it at work.

<Sigh> Guess I'll just have to do all my forum readin' on the job.

In the meantime, does anyone have a fix (other than "get a PC") for pics not showing up on IE5?
