    Titec Hellion Bars

Since Titec Hellion bars are no longer in production, and I'm unable to locate any, where else would I be able to find Ti bars in a similar design (9 degree X 1 inch rise)? Seven no longer makes a ti riser bar and the Moots bars are $$$.

I'm not sure if they still have them, but they are listed here.

I'm bummed about that too. I just gald that I was able to find a set before they stopped making them. I trust Ti bars MUCH further than I do Carbon. I wish there were other manufacturers out there who made Ti bars. Moots is one, but man they're spendy.

You may check adrenalinebikes.com. I saw they had them in a magazine advertisement, but couldn't find them on the web.

    Good Dirt

Nope. Just talked to them today. Eveyone wants Carbon. Ti just isn't sexy enough anymore. Couriously, they do make the 118 bar yet though. He said they ALL get sold to the east coasters. I've seen mass emails work before, and in this case it may work again.

    I've got a set

if there is still interest. I've gone 31.8, I'd love if someone produced a 31.8 Ti riser. But my Ti hellions are in very good shape with just a few light scratches. PM me if you are interested with an offer.

I don't get it. Yeah, everyone wants carbon, but every company is selling the same carbon bars crated over from Shenzen with a different sticker pack. Titec had a niche with the only butted titanium bars and I don't see why they just dropped that niche to battle it out in the sticker wars.

    Your brake levers

look to have blue ends. Is that Plasti-Dip or something for a little brake lever traction?
Sounds like a good idea if it is, at least to keep the fingers stuck to the levers.

Those are the end caps that come on a new forks V brake bosses. Make for easy lever caps. Has saved the side of my vehicle countless times. Also gives a bit of extra 1 finger grip. Also some crash protection(for the rider from the bike).
