    Tire widths - what combo

Im runnign rigid ss 29er. Im riding tubeless schwalbe 2.1 but I just traded some stuff for a Wtb exiwolf 2.3.
Should I use the 2.3 in front and the 2.1 in rear or the other way around? I figure the fatter up front to soak up and the thinner in rear for better rolling with ss.

Using ghetto tubeless with home made sealant BTW.

I'll second the fat tire up front option. A big round tire up front cushions the front end which gives a little bit of a suspension effect on small bumps. It also helps with cornering since you get a bigger contact patch when leaned over. I actually prefer running big tires (29x2.3+) on both wheels but that's just the way I ride. Some people get away with narrow light treads at high psi but that would drive me crazy.
