    tensioner for s-works horizontal dropouts

I donʻt ride my single speed all that much, but when I do, I love it. I have a 2010 or 11 S-works frame with horizontal drops. The tensioning mechanism is a set screw in the round of the drop out. Very much a pain to get the right chain tension and make adjustments. Does anyone know if I could use something like a surly tugnut or any other add on tensioner? Any suggestions?

You'll need that along with a surly tensioner. Also have to convert the rear wheel to a 10mm Thru bolt. I have the same frame and picked that up to run 1x10 on it. Its a decent stopgap solution.

Thank you for the reply. Iʻm hoping I can find something that doesnʻt require converting the wheel or having to ride with the hanger. Iʻm only interested in keeping it as a SS. The bike is amazing, other than this one significant flaw.
