    Swap out frame?

I have 19" monocog with all pretty nice upgrades, but it's a little small. So I think I'm going to just buy a new 21" off pricepoint and swap out everything. How hard is it to pull the bottom bracket? I've never messed with one. Do you need any special tools?

    yep

tools for btm bracket and headset will be required.

there are a few different bb tools out there. you'll have to make sure you get the correct one for your bb set. I still have to pick up a truvativ style one for wifey's bike and my roadbike. one side is righthand and one side is lefthand thread.

a headset tool can be made with threaded rod, nuts and washers. The star nut can be drifted out with a hammer and chunk of dowel. But you're keeping your fork, so it won't be an issue for you. you may lose some or all of your headset spacers depending on the head tube length.....
