I use one to convert an Ultegra hub to fixed gear. It is an ingenious little devise. Its very well made and thought out. It takes about 5 min. to install although you may wind up playing around with the spacers some to get the wheel dish right. I donít know why you would use one to mount a freewheel though. Spacing a cog out on the freehub body would be allot cheaper and better quality bearings than most BMX style freewheels.
