    Upset that SSucks hard.

hope you get your bike back, and that the thief gets what is coming to him/her.

Colorado Springs is becoming overridden with crime. Two months ago my car was stolen with my two single speeds (a Trek 8000 convert and a Bianchi SISS) in the Springs. Honestly, take the car I could care less, but leave the bikes. Good news is the new frames will be here in a few weeks.

I still frequently scan the pawn shops, I can keep my eyes open.

    Another bike theft in COS

Man, I feel your pain in a big way... I live near the corner of El Paso & Fontenero and just got my bike nabbed off the top of my car last Friday night. It was locked on the rack for only a few hours, and I was going outside to bring it in and it was gone... It was a Santa Cruz Superlight (custom 'copper' paint w/ blue Duke race shox) that I have been building over the past year... I loved that bike and dream of finding the sorry jerk who took it... I'll keep an eye out for yours, please post back if you have any useful tips for finding it. I talked to a cop that night after it happened, and he said it is getting really bad in the downtown areas. Good Luck.

Thanks for keeping this thread a nongender-specific zone. Shows respect that you are open to the idea that women have just as much ability to stoop to a life of crime as men.

    Seriously.
