    SSWC... I'm sorry.

When I reacted to the email from the guys at SSWC my head was up my ass for a few reasons...

1-dealing with in-laws during the holidays after the death of their mother.
    2-dealing with lack of work.
3-having an unrealistic expectation and lack of understanding of my odds of getting in.
4-just not having my head screwed on straight.

So, to the guys at SSWC and to anyone else for that matter, I'm sorry I wasted your time with my rants. Have a good time at the races... following CreepyFriendly and the Darkness.

Thanks Ernesto. I'll be at table 55 with Russell. I'll bring the Nutbrown.

Thanks CP. I think I can speak for the group when I say thank you and no hard feelings. I hope you can make it out anyhow. the race is just a little piece of the action come the end of August.

    Wow.
Nice. Seriously. We live in a world where apologies are hard to come by (esp on the interweb).

This Wisc lube fest must stop!

Nice apology....just to point out, the golden ticket was really not getting in. Not getting in includes:

    No training, whatever that means.
Not getting up early to get ready
    No "gear decisions"
+$35 for guiltless beer consumption before, more importantly during, and after the race.
On course heckling, which I plan on being a part of somewhere out on the course (TD You've been warned!).
And no need to lug around an extra 20+ lbs of unnecessary bike, and instead you can focus on your portable cooler and Doritos!

I'm sooooooo looking forward to no racing SSWC!

Sounds like a good deal to me.

My life changed for the better after I read a Singletrack magazine article about getting fit without "training": you just go out as often as you can and sometimes go faster or longer than you used to. Under no circumstances, are you allowed to call it "t*a*n*n*".

Like a nacho fountain, there should be a Lube fountain at SSWC.

    Heckling me?
    Best you save your breath.
When I mount my engine of death your verbal taunts will hang useless in the air and only provide a mild drone in the background as I pummel the field of wannabes into the earth completing their circle of life.
I feel nothing. I lack humility, remorse, morals, and perhaps a soul. I live, nay I exist only to kill and conquer.
You best save your vile incantations for the weak and mortal, the 349 sad douche bags infesting the hills, and a extra heaping dose for all the #351's on the hill that day.

    I like your style...
Maybe you should all go to Sea Otter Classic as a prelude for things to come in Napa.

you are an eloquent penman to say the least.

being a mere 3 apples high and weighing in at 50 kilos may help you on course but remember...in order to compete, you need to line up with those very same vile commoners. of course should you survive the start, you must know that the course is a loop, so obviously at some point you need to return to the lions den to collect your precious tinsel necklace...

dick, i like you, my associates and i would be willing to offer you 'protection' in napa...

Have you seen me lately. I've been on the juice since December, and I got some new duds at the Viking Gap.

Roger, you're sitting on the dark side of the ropes too? Proof positive that this field wasn't "hand picked" as some have suggested.
See you there, I'll leave the bunny suit at home.
