SPAM: Homebrewed Components Titanium cogs for sale: 24t, 22t, 20t Rare!

Spam pass below. These were some of the best cogs ever made, behind only the Boone's IMHO. Unfortunately no longer made and extremely rare.
    Questions, let me know!

Here's a question, Ti is more ductile than steel in most cases. I'd expect with hard use those ti teeth would deform. Is that the case?

It all depends on what titanium and what steel you are talking about. Most titanium cogs, including these, are made form 6-4 titanium, which is harder than 3-2.5 used on most bike frames. 6-4 is harder than most stainless steels, but not as hard as most chromoly steel. All of the above are MUCH harder than aluminum cogs like King, Endless, Niner.

If you are not deforming the teeth on an aluminum cog, there is no way you will deform the teeth on a titanium cog!

The beauty of titanium cogs is you get lightweight like aluminum with durability like steel.
