They weld on bullet ends just like at the dropout junction, kinda cool.

Correctomundo... Looks much prettier in real life, the lighting and intensity of the digital photo increase the severity of the welds which are much milder in person.

Maybe I'll change my guess to IF. Those drop-outs look very familiar...

    Good job! It's a Kish/Retrotec

Here are the Bullet dropouts on my Kish cruiser. Very cool guy to work with. Your Retrotec is a work of art. Nice.

You're killlin' me! You have your bike to build up, and it's a beaut! You'll be riding it this weekend, bonding with it, teaching it the rudimentary lessons in trail manners... I want mine! Lucky for you, I consumed chocolate last night, otherwise I'd be in an even worse mood and my jealousy would be very ugly. Just a few more days and I'll have my frame back from powdercoat...

    Where'd you score the Sprints?

One of my favorite all time tires. Hooked up amazingly well for a semi-slick. That thing looks brand new.

Got them NOS off EBAY $40 for 2 Sprints and 2 Muds new.. Then found a pair lightly used for $5 at Veloswap. I like green tires for some bizarre reason. I have the cross version on my Steelman.

Just keep your eyes to the Bay, some good finds can definitely come up.

Retrotec by Kish. Paragon drop outs, which are what IF uses.
    Hub is a Rohloff Speedhub.

    Slow build... but, worth it.
