    well not quite, but pretty damn close now. Got the dropouts welded in today, the only thing left to do is to polish around the welds and vualla. goodbye to vert. dropouts

    and not to be overly critical, <b>but</b> those welds look pretty rough. I'd deffinitly keep an eye on them and watch for cracks. the good think is it's the rear and if they do fail it wouldn't be as bad as fork breaking or something.

    here's the dirt

    it's a 3.5lb.CCM something frame that I've been running as SS for a couple of seasons now. Since we've had pretty long winter here, I figured I wanted to roll on something new this season. Can't afford one of those snazzy Inbred, Volture, etc. frames , so I polished up my old frame and machined some horizontal dropouts. Pretty easy if you're into playing with al.
    I am not worring about the welds. We caked 'em on there good . It'll take a bus to snap them.
    they will be sanded down and polished as well. I am going for the "seamlesss" look to show off the TT. dropouts
