Cool-blue Rhythm See SPOT run run SPOT run.

Greetings all...here's a couple of shot of my new SPOT SS. I built it up with the following. White Industries cranks 32 with a White16 freewheel. Mavic 717 rims with DR Competition spokes Chris King headset with a Thomson stem and seat post. WTB Rocket saddle, Avid BB7s mechanical disc and a Manitau Skareb 80mm fork.I was running a set of WTB Mutano Raptor 2.4's but I am tuning it down a notch to some 2.3's. All I can say about this bike it that it will haul ass on the tight and technical stuff and that it climbs like a "crack smokin billy goat on steroids"

Very nice. Very clean. Quality choices. That oughta go for a long time and look mighty good doing it. And I'm not even going to make any silly comments about getting it wet and then complaining that you have to ride the wet Spot. Your bike's got too much class for that... it just wouldn't be right.

    More like a sweet Spot.

    She's a beaut!

That is the kind of bike that will give you whiplash from turning head so fast to look at it.

    Yeah!

I only have one question, living in Mia, where are you doing most of your climbing?

'Cause, you know...someone has to give you sh!t, Puta.

    very nice.

I rode a Spot Brands bike at IB03 dirt demo. I really really liked it. Then I met the Spot folks. Good people.

And yea, good call on the Ernie Orange.

I don't know how many times I've said to myself, "my next singlespeed is going to be a Spot." Just a damn nice frame. FWIW, I think the cables for disc brakes really detract from the smooth frame lines because the housing goes from lever to caliper (that's on any bike; I'm not picking on yours). But the discs themselves give the fork and chainstays an uncluttered look. I guess it's an aesthetic trade-off. In any event, I'm totally jealous.

Congrats!! You'll love it. I'm on my 3rd spot, Ti SS. and would never think of riding another HT frame. Enjoy your new ride.

Very nice. One suggestion though, trim Spot's brake cables up a bit or he/she may bite. It's not cool when the end of a cable gets tied up in a rotating disc.
