Salsa CroMoto Grande 29'er fork on a Karate Monkey?

Anyone run this set up? They seem pretty similar except for the rake, the surly fork has less rake. Just wanting to see how much it affects handling and what not.

The first time I rode the 2012 KM fork I was convinced it was a cro-moto - possibly just because I was coming from the 2011 boat-anchor model, but it felt very flexy (still does).

I don't think you need to worry about the 2 mm rake difference too much, I can't imagine that 45 is outside the range of offsets the KM's head tube angle works with.
Yeah I only carry cans cause I'm a weight weenie.

I've used an Enabler and a Fargo V2 fork on my KM, they also have 45mm of rake. You won't notice the difference in rake, ride quality maybe.
