From Sad to Happy, an emotional journey!

So, my Tomac Full Suspension broke...... very sad. But it was the excuse I needed to finally build up my old specialized rockhopper frame as an SS! 32-18 is golden ratio on this frame.... until the chain stretches. Anyway, I'll enjoy no tensioner while it lasts (will probably go for a forward components EBB when the chain stretches).
    See photos..........

I'm proud of you. I'd be even more happy if was more vintage. This works well enough.

The chain looks pretty tight, you might be okay once it wears.

Can't tell if it is for sure, but if that's a gearie chainring on the Rockhopper you may want to switch it to an SS specific one before your nuts are introduced to your stem.
