Ride pics from this morning! x-post

Got out early today to beat the melt down of the mud. Dang it's cold early in the morning! I was wishing that I had more layers and ear covering, but since the weatherman predicted 50's today, I didn't, thinking it wouldn't be that cold... Yeah, but the high hits at 2 or 3pm, I rode at 8am... I'm a wimpy desert rat, but at least I rode.

    Frost on the dirt.

The sun was trying toburn off the cloud cover.

Looking down towards Rustler's, the haze is fog from the Colorado River.

    Aren't rednecks great?

    The mighty Colorado River.

    My bike playing dead.

My favorite shot of the day.

My petulent singlespeed worked me today, those winter lungs need to snap out of it and get back into shape!

I like the frost shot. Kinda artsy. Of course I would've gone nuts there playing w/the sun and angles on the trail and forgotten all about the ride...
    Just a regular guy.

    Great shots....Great ride

But, when your pristine empty singletrack trails are choked with city people from the other side of the mountains and everywhere else, just remember you lured us here

We don't quit riding because we get old.

Work in the Grand Valley. Not super hard to find, but not the best paying.
