    Wink Proper Single P0rn

Originally put this bike togeter about 5 years ago from spare parts, since it's first build the Cannondale Pepperoni fork was replaced this summer with the SID, and the chain/front chainring was replaced 1 year ago.

    Parts breakdown:

Frame 17" Diamond Back triple Butted TrueTemper Cro-Mo Semi-Horz Dropouts
Paint, John Deere Green chipped off to appear neglected
    Stem ControlTech 120mm
    Bars Azonic AirLight uncut
    Headset Ritchey Fuzzy Logic
Post cheap whatever was in the bin
    Seat Specialized S-Works vintage '98
    Brakes Magura Tomac HS-33
Wheels, Stout Front, LX Rear 32t laced to Sun Sub IV
Rear wheel converted with Surley Fixxer 17t Shimano FW
    Pedals Egg Beaters originals
Cranks 180mm square taper XT with 32t spot ring
    BB cheap whatever fit
Tires Specialized Team Master/Control vintage '98
Fork Modded '02 SID set at 50mm of travel for non suspension frame.

Most of the bike came from the parts bin so out of pocket was minimal, like < $200 minimal.

    Good lookin' bike,

but just curious why you'd run a Surly fixer and then put a freewheel on? Why not just run the cassette?

I love the colour and the old skool RS stickers!

It was kind of a case of what was on hand. I tried the HG cog and it kept popping off on rough terrain, I tried the CD chain guid and larger cogs to keep it in place, but none were the greatest choice.

Since I had 2 Shimano freewheels laying around and I didn't want to rebuild a perfectly good rear wheel, It looked like the best choice.
