Post your worn-out cogs & rings!

They might look pretty when new, but they just look better after lots of miles of fun in the dirt.

Here's an IS2000 drilled DX cog I used on my fixie.

    Post yours, too!

The Surly & Gusset cogs I use on my Monocog aren't worn yet. I should ride more!

I ran into the endless bikes guy at the brooklyn banks back in 2002, maybe 03. He told me he was making alu ss cogs, and I definitely did both of these: Your photo is exactly the first thing I thought of when he told me.

not just Alum, it's the expensive kind

I first heard a sharp metal-crack, and then it exploded during a semi-intensive climb on my 34:18 26er. luckily i had my knee guards on so no damage done other than having to walk back to the car and missing a great sunny ride.

"Aspire VeloTech" said no warranty, I went Surly, end of story.

This may not look like much but this is a Suntour track cog; you have no idea how much riding it requires to make it look like this.
