    Hey wait a minute...

...that's not fair. I answered correctly first. It is an EBB singlespeed frame! And a dang nice one at that!

    Anyway, I demand justice!

Very nice, very nice....I get to see mine built up for the first time on Monday, just 2 days away....

My frame only has some stragley looking flames.......

Take your time getting the parts you really want, so you don't have to keep upgrading parts on a once in a lifetime frame. Congrats.

That is one beautiful frame. I have always been impressed by IF's work. One concern though: Is the steerer tube going to loooong enough for you?!?!

    Good job! daaaamn

that bike is the shizzle dizzle. I think you should ditch your riding shoes and ride it with hi tops with fish tank soles. Never ride without your gold fist cain just incase you need to step to some hoes.

I have seen the harlequin paint in person, and the pictures simply do not do it justice. it is awesome. when i toured the factory i saw a frame that had a harlequin paint and stickers such that you only saw the IF stickers at certain angles. it was 'tre cool'. but i think that paint is like a $800 upgrade or something, which is why you dont see it too often. they said it's that the paint just costs a ton.

a harlequin paint ti IF SS with EBB. whoa. bling. hope it fits purrfectly. the new XTR crankset might go nicely colorwise. some king hubs. but what color? you should get a steel stem made and painted to match... that thing is just uber bling. museum quality. i would love to see it in person.

    Jh.....

Thanks...... you;re right, I can't imagine there's too many more expensive SS bikes out there....but SS is my main(exclusive ride) and I don't need to justify it to anyone(least of all me!) :-)

I'll post some better pictures when a) it's built and b) when the sun shines(which might be a while considering it's snowing again Doh!)

As for components.... I'm waiting for a Warhawk chain and guard to come for some 03 XTR cranks(you're right the colour does match, but I'm more interested in the stiffness - outboard bearing BB). Incidentally I had an E-Mail from Spot yesterday confirming that they are going to make rings/guards for 03/04 cranks.... look for the end of march.

Got some Black King hubs but want to put on tubleless rims. Brakes - torn between going Hope Mono Mini and Avid.....Avid aren;t too prolific in Europe at the moment(not sure if the purchase by SRAM has impacted their availability). Black Thomson seatpost......carbon bars.......taking my time though, still have another bike for the cack of winter.

That's the end of this diatribe (for now) :-)

    Nice rig............
Full ENO drivetrain would look sweet or the XTR as mentioned.
Pewter King hubs & headset would look tight and come close to matching the XTR cranks....Hmmmm. You should consider Marta SL brakes too...
Can't wait to see her built up!
