    for phillipino riders

I know some folks here are philipino. Just thought I would share this link. This bike festival in the phillipines is organized by a guy to whom I sold my soulcraft convert via ebay. no other connection really, just looks like fun. and the dude should be converted to SS any day now...

meanwhile, the snow is slowly melting here. wanted to ride last weekend, but went XC skiing on the trails instead...

    Yummm... Lechon and San Miguel!!

Off topic: Have any of you seen the movie "The Debut"? Pretty funny considering all the stereotypes in it. Wooden forks and spoons on the wall, wooden statue of a man and a barrel, all the parents being doctors or nurses, gossiping mothers, etc. All in all a fairly good flick for a few laughs.

About the Debut, my wife, brother-in-law, and sis-in-law are mentioned in one of the hidden credits. It's in some Easter Egg on the DVD. We were surprised when we saw their names!

DId they help at all in any part of the movie? We just taped it off of Cinemax or something like that so we never saw any of the extras from the DVD. BTW, you should be receiving a present in the mail sometime next week as I'm quite the procrastinator. Sorry it's taking so long! And thanks again!

Tangina! A no-sellout Pinoy who knows to use the P

Off topic: Also check out the movie "The Flipside" (shoulda called it Plipside). It came out at the Sundance fest a couple of years ago. My cousin-in-law plays the green/blue contact-wearing girl.

My wife gave him some money during production, and the in-laws helped promote it in LA, I think.
