Phil Wood Piss Off #12 SS CX is finally done.... P0rn

After the original build up , I just wasn't satisfied with the cockpit. I went ahead and modified the front end this past week, cut done the steer tube, reset the star nut flange with a wooden dowel, thanks to all of you for the advice, threw on a Thom son stem and monkey lites, add a pair of Oury Lock ons and wham... ridable bike.

The dirt drops would have looked cool, but I could not ever get it dialed in. So I changed them out and the A vid tri-aligns were a bit mushy with the Campy levers, so they got changed out for a set of A vid black ops and BAM...instant stoppers.

Any way, enough of the jibba jabber.... here are a few pics....

The white flame job was inspired by Shiggy's white flames on the Matt Chester. Thanks Shiggy.

This 29'er SS CX bike is so light weight it almost pedals itself and is fun on the local dirt trails and riding to work. All the best to the board peeps.
