    Paging SSO, Re: Patapsco

    Joe,

    2 questions:

Is Patapsco in decent shape right now, particularly the McKeldin Area? Also which area is that and what are the trails like (I can never keep patapsco's areas straight)? I ask because a couple of friends that are house sitting near there and want to ride tomorrow.

    Thanks

    Mike

Patapsco in general is in good shape right now. McKeldin is off of Marriottesville Rd and a good deal easier than the trails at Avalon (the stuff near me, i.e. the Park and Ride). Make sure you cross the river (North branch of Patap.) and hit some of the lesser riden stuff to expand the number of miles and hit some of the better stuff.
