    Envy

I have been using 28 tooth 64 BCD Envy rings for years, get the aluminum ones as the steel ones are pretty soft.
Well, it was a good try.

Alright, so devils advocate but, why the need for such a small chainring? Couldn't you just add a tooth or two in the rear?
