    Not bad

Perfect weather today... sun & 35F

It just wouldn't be right if I didn't bleed at least once.

Does this tree make my ass look big?

Rode some trails, family hike, found a tree & drank some beer. You should all be so lucky.

ps.. the balsam sap in the truck should negate my need for an air freshener for ...oh, six months. Noice.

I hear you man. We dug the tree out of the attic, put it together while my mom was in town so she decorated it with the kids, while I went out for ride. I got home and we all got hammered (adults) on some good ol' Eggnog and Rum!

I will admit, love the scent of fresh pine trees!

Dan, I was riding in Nassahegan on Friday before killing a tree at a treefarm in the Nepaug section of New Hartford and came across this:

It was in the twenties last week, ramped up to the high fifties over the weekend and should be dropping into the teens tonight.
    Don't you miss New England!

Don't look now but you're about to get goosed by a tree sneaking up behind you.

We don't quit riding because we get old.

what in the hell is that thing?! Is it municipal or personal? The view must be pretty cool from up top. Maybe it's a boyscout thing or something. Does it look over Torrey's Den?

Man, it's been a long time since i've ridden there. I'm guessing 11-12 years. I miss it... the devil's kitchen was a blast on my old rigid hardrock. I went back about 5 years ago and road Nepaug ..... boy how things have changed out there.

Dont miss that weather at all though.... i had the top down on the car for the past 5 days or so. It's gotta be in the 80's out there.

Not quite sure, one theory was a fire observation tower. Whatever it is the window treatments definitely don't look government issue! It's on top of a hill between Sessions Woods and the Bristol reservoir.
