Non-road brake levers that work with road brakes

Like the title says: can anyone help shed some light on any options out there for brake levers - that aren't your typical road brake levers - that work with road brakes? Here's the deal - I've got a fixie bike that I'd like to set up with either a cruiser or a riser bar. Needless to day, typical road brake levers will probably not only look naff, but also not fit the bar properly.

    Any thoughts/recos? Cheers.

If you don't mind spending a bit, Paul Components "Canti Levers" are nice.

A lot of fixie riders use BMX levers which are inexpensive.

Thanks for the lead on BMX levers. Looked into them and saw "short pull" so I'm guessing that means they work with road brakes. Just ordered an inexpensive pair to mess around with. Thanks again!
